LovingPaws acts as a platform to connect adopters with pet owners/shelters. We do not guarantee the health, temperament, or history of any pet listed. All adoptions are at your own risk and discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
By posting content (photos, descriptions) on LovingPaws, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the service.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
